- Check System for proper Refrigerant charge
- Check Compressor and fan amps
- Clean Equipment’s exterior
- Check Capacitors
- Check Contactor Points
- Brush out Electrical Cabinet
- Check all caps and valves for proper seals and fit
- Check Blower Amps
- Check Evaporator coil for cleanliness
Liquid Clean in place if possible –
Additional charge may apply if coil needs to be removed
- Check Heat Strip amps, circuit components, and safeties
- Check blower wheel for build up
- Check all electrical connections and wires
- Check Defrost controls (If Applicable)
- Check temperature splits
- Lubricate all moving parts (If Applicable)
- Flush and vacuum drain line, drain pan, evaluate drainage
- Check final performance and advise on any necessary repairs or improvements
(Maintenance plan covers ONE (1) complete system, multiple complete systems require additional maintenance plan)
